The U.S. eApply team uses consumer insights, digital analytics and usability best practices to develop world class digital application experiences.  We are looking for an analyst to join our team to build small business and corporate digital application products and services.


Job Responsibilities:

Work with our business partners to understand their priorities.

As SAFe agile Product Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will help  plan feature development as part of the Program Increment (PI) process.

Groom and refine features, breaking them down into user stories.

Work with the scrum team to groom and refine user stories to get them ready for impending sprints,

Participate in agile ceremonies (standups and retrospectives).

Use adobe site catalyst analytics, Clicktale data and other metrics to determine the best course of action to improve the customer experience.

Partner with our internal design team on new and innovative designs to improve the customer experience.



1-3 years of digital product management experience is ideal

Bachelor’s degree is required; degree preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering etc.)

SAFe POPM certification a plus

Demonstrated success with collaborating across different business partners across the organization

Strong Communication skills-verbal and written



Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
