Job Description

This is a Band 28 requisition.



  • Respond to all customer inquiries relating to Membership Rewards like claims, service requests etc. in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Deliver to the employee, customer, shareholder metrics per Goals and drive customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to quality, compliance guidelines and SLAs
  • Deliver to customer, shareholder and customer metrics Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
  • Identify and contribute towards process improvement initiatives Support any new initiatives in the Directorate.
  • Shift 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks


  • Graduate/Graduate with relevant work experience
  •  Knowledge of Membership Rewards process will be an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Amex Cards/Other Products knowledge desirable
  • Good inter-personal and negotiation skills
  • High result orientation and ability to meet timelines
