Customer Care Professional
This is a Band 28 requisition.
- Respond to all customer inquiries relating to Membership Rewards like claims, service requests etc. in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Deliver to the employee, customer, shareholder metrics per Goals and drive customer satisfaction
- Adhere to quality, compliance guidelines and SLAs
- Deliver to customer, shareholder and customer metrics Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
- Identify and contribute towards process improvement initiatives Support any new initiatives in the Directorate.
- Shift 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Graduate/Graduate with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Membership Rewards process will be an advantage
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Amex Cards/Other Products knowledge desirable
- Good inter-personal and negotiation skills
- High result orientation and ability to meet timelines
