Job Description

  • Handling incoming documents from customers via posts, emails and faxes.
  • Extracting daily reports and distributing them to targeted internal stakeholders.
  • Managing input of merchant transactions.
  • Prepare monthly reports for inventory management Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in reading and writing English and Chinese
  • Strong data entry skills, and detail oriented
  • Fresh Grads with Diploma or Degree
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
