Team Leader – Global New Accounts

 

Global New Accounts is a department that enables every single card application for the business. We are pledged to make customer journey fast and easy for our clients by processing and issuing cards without frictions. You can lead an exciting new team based in Kuala Lumpur that processes all commercial applications for Japan Market.

 

As your main responsibilities, you will be managing Global New Accounts Japan Commercial team based in Kuala Lumpur as a team leader.

 

This includes:

  • Oversees the functioning of card-member on-boarding includes app processing and decisioning.
  • Deliver high quality customer experience to achieve the goals on turn-around time, client satisfaction, and productivity
  • People Management: Set individual goals & development plans / Monitor team & individual performance, Feedback & Coaching
  • Resource Management: Recruiting people based on capacity plan
  • Work with corporate apps team in Tokyo to ensure all data captured is accurate and processed in timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure the process and procedures are followed and support audits and remediation if any.

Qualifications

  • Great Team Player
  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment
  • Min 5 years of work experience.
  • Possess a degree or above education level
