Job Description

The position has 2 roles: Main activity is client management aimed at growth in corporate card spending of the client portfolio which consists of 20-30 large companies including global companies.
Position's primary objective is to enhance corporate card spending by offering effective solutions to clients' Travel and Entertainment (T&E) expense/ cost optimization, compliance control  and work efficiency.
 
The secondary role is new client acquisition to expand our portfolio by collaborating with acquisition teams.
 
The position needs to interact with overseas colleagues to leverage our global resources and manage global clients, which requires business English ability for daily business interactions.
 
The position reports to the director of Large Market Japan.

Qualifications

1. Has challenger sales skill elements to achieve individual growth targets.

2. Demonstrates good business acumen, ability to analyze prospect pipeline, sales and financial performance reports.

3. Strong communication skills with proficiency that create collaboration, plus impactful

presentation skills to internal and external audiences. (Native level Japanese and business level English )

4.Ability to lead change and innovation both in business and team.

5.Key competencies – due to the broad nature of this role, requires sales, relationship management, and portfolio management. 

6. B2B sales experience of at least 5 years.
