Job Description

Using your strong investigation and analytical skills.
Monitor and track high risk credit accounts activity for American Express.
Review and decide risk level of card to determine willingness credit loss.
Provide extraordinary customer services and adequate  risk control action. Receive inbound calls and attempt outbound call for that.

Qualifications

-Working experience in Japan Operations with knowledge including card products and system.
-Excellent written and verbal Japanese. English communication skills will also be advantageous.
-In-depth understanding of Credit policy, or ability to acquire knowledge quickly.
-Strong analytical approach to problem solving & strong team player
