You will be developing into a professional role as well as personally grow in our international and exciting Company. Responsible for tracking, optimization, reporting and analytics within Nordic Acquisition including:
  • Managing and set up of digital tracking codes campaign ID's and local Acquisition Tool Box System ("ATS")
  • Directing request to enable product offerings together with central and regional teams globally
  • Directing website tagging and analytics (we use Adobe Analytics)
  • Analysing and continuously optimize in terms of acquisition results and cost efficiency
  • Budget management including supporting Investment optimization process, forecasting and relationship with Finance
  • Understand the market place and competition
  • Build and leverage effective relationships with third parties as well as internal stakeholders
  • Continuously look for new acquisition growth opportunities for both Proprietary and Co-brand
  • Build and leverage effective network within American Express to leverage best practices from other markets as well as put Nordics on the Amex map


Other responsibilities:

  • Support PLS work as and when needed within Product Management team
  • In all activities connect to target KPI with a focus of goal fulfilment
  • Control, Compliance and Operational excellence accountability
  • Ad-hoc projects related to Nordic markets
  • Continuously challenge status quo – what should we stop, start & continue doing?
  • Be collaborative – build one team and culture in the Nordics

The successful candidate is analytical, confident and personable with high levels of energy and a proactive attitude. The candidate is organised and thrives to work in a pressured, fast – paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The candidate must be able to multi-task with the ability to prioritize effectively at the same time as managing both internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that the candidate is a team player and is able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal groups and business units.

  • Fluent in English, Swedish. Norwegian and Finnish is very meritorious
  • University Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of working in financial service industry and/or experience in analytics, digital marketing and performance marketing
  • Interest in the Premium brands of the financial service industry
  • Experience of digital marketing channels
  • Analytical ability to synthesis various internal and external data sources to inform strategies and plans
  • Experience of working with partners or in a partner facing role
  • Experience in planning and executing tactical marketing campaigns, managing intermediates and managing budgets
  • Ability to build strong relationships 
  • Passion for marketing and sales through digital channels
