B2B Planning Manager

Job Description

The key role of this position is to develop solid growth strategy for B2B Market portfolio,
providing executive support to B2B Partner Development Team Leader and Senior management with various and detailed business reports and analysis.
 
The position is also responsible for these tasks listed below:
 
- Explore and define new business opportunities to drive Billings and Revenue growth of B2B Market and Supplier Payment in Japan
- Build business strategy and investment plan for the short/long team growth, based on the identified opportunities
- Budget/forecast plan based on the B2B market business strategy
- Execute the strategy and track business performance and provide analysis to a Senior management
- Manage topline and bottom line performance of B2B market portfolio and provide analysis to leaders, by working closely with Global Commercial Services Japan Planning team
- Submit required information on business performance to Global Commercial Services Japan Planning team
- Oversee B2B Market team activities and engage people and collaborate with a varieties of internal stakeholders to deliver the business growth
- Oversee SFDC process by working with GCS central teams
- Work and participate on ad-hoc projects for B2B Market Japan
- Presentation to senior management of the business plan
- Discover new industry in B2B by market research

Qualifications

1.Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions to leaders.
Previous experience of working in an analytical role which involved comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
2.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey a clear & compelling message.
3.Expert with Office Suite with superior presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
4.Passion for value creation with deep understanding on external customer trends and competitors activities.
5.Excellent business knowledge of GCS.
6.Ability to discuss, negotiate and develop solutions with third parties as well as internal stakeholders.
7.Effective business communication skills (Native level Japanese and business level English).
8.Ability to challenge the status quo, to being open to new idea and to generate innovative solution.
9.People management skills.
