Job Description

This is a marketing position for "Business Development" of American Express International Consumer Services.
This new position has been created to capture the opportunities through the development of innovative solutions beyond the existing ones.
Especially, this person will be deeply involved in our point program and loyalty program to enhance our card member's engagement and increase their card spend.
He/she reports to Business Development Manager.

This position is responsible for:

- Developing and implementing new point redemption channels /programs to enhance the value and accelerate further point redemption. 
- Find growth opportunities in line with company strategy and build a new partnership to go into untapped areas.
- Driving card spend growth by implementing new loyalty programs working closely with various cross-functional teams.
- Building a new partnership to capture incremental billing and revenue.

- Wide perspective and enthusiasm to develop new business

- Experience of partner negotiation

- Strong leadership on projects and driving results

- High analytical skills and logical thought process

- Excellent team player

- Excellent presentation skill

- Good communication skills for both Japanese and English languages

- Good knowledge of Japan market and customers
