Job Description


The Partner Operations Manager is an important link in the overall relationship management of our GNP partners, supporting the overall objectives of delivering value and differentiated service to our partners, leading to partners increasing their business on the American Express Network. The Partner Operations Manager builds and manages relationships with GNP bank partners to resolve partner operations issues, provide consultancy on card processes and systems, ensure GNP partners adhere to GNS policies and technical specifications, and project manager new capabilities and product implementations with partners.

Qualifications


Required skills:
  • Strong client relationship building and a customer service aptitude with an  excellent ability to interact and influence others
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated to solve problems and introduce process improvements
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Team-player
  • Detailed understanding of the systems and operational processes that support credit card and merchant acquiring processing
  • Must be willing to travel (10%)  
  • Fluent in Russian and English
