SME AD / Customer Engagement Professional (G2)
This position is responsible for engaging SBS customer with extraordinary customer care to increase card spending.
・Outbound call to SBS customers to increase card spending with delivering value added services.
・Deliver best-in-class superior customer experience, leveraging Relationship Care.
・Top Client Customer treatment After LTE and AD Mega experience, and evaluating his/her skill set and knowledge to handle Top Client Management Segment in SBS.
・OJT: Support Team Leader to make smooth on-board for new comer.
・Strong customer service and hospitality mindset with highly developed interpersonal skills and attitude to exceed customers’ expectations
・Familiar to PC and basic OS skills such as Word, Excel and Power point
