In this role, you'll lead the evolution of our core marketing platform, build our capabilities for scale, and introduce new innovations that drive growth opportunities. You will help unify our programs to drive new efficiencies, and bring in new ideas that will challenge the status quo. Beyond that, you will ensure that our capabilities are built with an enterprise standard in mind. Finally, you will have a real passion for marketing capabilities and cross channel communications, and this will show when you partner with colleagues across the Blue Box - both in the US and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead the core foundation for our cross channel marketing platform and drive collaboration with other capability teams across the enterprise
  • You are the Product Owner, and will be the one who sets the pace with your scrum team, providing them with both a product vision and clear direction on how to get there
  • You will find opportunities to cross-integrate across our broader portfolio to drive greater utilization and speed our market agility
  • You will balance business needs and technical options and be an advocate for the optimal solution.
  • enterprise-level marketing automation or ESP platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with the email marketing space is preferred
  • Capacity to lead concurrent workstreams in an Agile or SAFe delivery framework.

  • Strong thought leadership and analytical abilities to identify business opportunities, define global strategies and embrace business/technical challenges
  • Prior experience as product owner in the digital marketing space
  • Ability to distill complex issues and clearly articulate them to leadership
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization using strong relationship-building and influence management skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation or ESP platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with the email marketing space is preferred
  • Capacity to lead concurrent workstreams in an Agile or SAFe delivery framework
