Job Description

Key player of our GMS Acquisition team. He / she manages the implementation and deployment of national key accounts, websites or regional banks (potential of 100 regions,) but also coordinate with the sales team the implementation, deployment and standardization of compliance and operational processes, reportings processes with all external Partners and internal stakeholders (PCG, Marketing, Legal, or Compliance).

Key priorities of this role are: 

Bank Partners and Key accounts implementation & deployment : 

  • Implement & Manage relationship & deal deployment with key new clients or banks regions (about 70 regions)
  • Assess, build and standardize E2E merchant acquiring process for all external partners
  • Industrialize & package acquisition campaigns to accelerate deployment with national Brands or regional banks
  • Implement method & process mapping with banks and top partners HQ to accelerate deployment
  • Implement & Coordinate marketing tools deployment with partners
Coordinate Compliance rules implementation & deployment : 
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation, deployment and follow-up of specific French legal requirement (third parties Employee declaration to Banque de France) 
  • Manage the deployment of compliance requirements in regional banks
  • Assess, audit and benchmark legal and compliance processes in place with banks partners ( PSD Outsourcing requirements)
  • Coordinate Amex legal & compliance requirement with the legal and marketing department 
Support France Internal Sales business: 
  • Lead and coordinate acquisition campaigns campaigns with our NBP or NSF  
  • Supporting operational relationship management at HQ level with top partners (building & optimizing process map, marketing and operating)
  • Implement direct marketing campaigns  with partners
  • Build and analyze dashboards to optimize our coverage strategy

  • Solid background (Master 2 or business school)
  • Strong analytics skills
  • 1st successful experience as support in a sales organization with client facing situations
  • Keen ability to navigate into a regulated environment
  • Appropriate Technical knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Good English level. Ability to communicate at European level
  • Excellent Team Spirit
