Commercial Service Network - Value Generation Coach
CSN is seeking an experienced Coach to help drive our overall SBS & PA Value Generation strategy.
This position requires a Customer First mind-set coupled with an enthusiasm in deepening loyalty and entrenchment through Value Generation offerings.  The Coach will work cross functionally with other key stakeholders to investigate, develop and lead Value Generation activities. 
A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in planning, organization, communication, analytics. The candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual, with exceptional ability to balance and prioritize work efforts to manage activities and priorities simultaneously.
The individual in this role will examine customer feedback identifying valuable insights and tactics for improvement, which will be reviewed and collaborated with business partners.
The VG Coach will act as a Brand ambassador of and a change, motivating colleagues to deliver outstanding Value Generation performance under the framework of Customer First Call Flow - Relationship & Backing. 


  • Recent experience in a Value Generation operations environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of AMEX Card Products
  • Strong leadership creativity and analytical skills – attention to detail for reporting
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to have a passion to serve through relevant Value Generation
  • Exceptional ability to identify, gather and analyze information to develop conclusions and deliver recommendations for improvement
  • Strong relationship management skills and with commitment to go beyond requirements of the position to achieve results
  • Ability to meet timelines and while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and cross-functional lines but also independently,
  • Exemplary integrity, personal accountability, confidentiality and respect for people
  • Computer Savvy - Advanced proficiency in:
  • Compass, AESP/GSP, ECCO, VOCM platforms, Microsoft applications; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync,
