Senior Manager - Delta Partner Marketing
 
The Consumer Marketing Services organization is responsible for marketing for all US consumer charge and credit products including acquisition of new members, deepening engagement in early tenure, loyalty marketing for tenured members and retention efforts spanning all channels. The Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners.
 
As the Senior Manager, Delta Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for Delta Co-Brand Card Member growth for critical digital and push marketing channels. You will own the strategy, development, and execution of partner marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and partner closely with tech and capabilities teams to launch integrated solutions. This role is for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record in data-driven decision making, and desire to challenge the status quo.
                    
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key team member to partner with the Delta co-brand marketing team to drive growth and innovation across Delta site, mobile, email and direct mail.
  • Manage a team of two high performing Senior Analysts
  • Develop and execute on strategy for integrations with the partner and work closely with ED&A product owners and internal partners to build out new capabilities for best in class acquisition marketing
  • Lead campaign management activities including execution, results analysis, forecasting & budget management; optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing
 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of professional digital marketing experience, experience launching new site capabilities a plus
  • People leadership or team lead experience
  • Analytical thinker with ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
  • Strong relationship building and partner management experience
  • Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively but also can develop and execute solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Solution-based mindset with ability to navigate through changes and influence change
