Director, Partner Management - Collections
- Collaboration closely with the agency management teams for Call & Collect, legal collections, and Global Network Process teams to assess implement actions.
- Leadership and oversight of a team of Partner Managers, to include setting overall strategy and direction for a particular line of AMEX servicing or group of third-party partners.
- Manage a team of highly analytical professionals and be able to handle multiple priorities
- Conduct deep data analyses to gain behavioral insights – customers and agency operations
- Motivate a team of professionals to execute effectively and efficiently
- Partner closely with peer teams and influence them to drive performance
- Prior experience in conducting deep data analytics in an operational setting is a strong plus
- Graduate degree in quantitative fields is a strong plus
