Job Description:
This position is responsible to develop new acquisition strategies and conduct mainly digital acquisition especially for consumer products. The candidate has to use mainly digital channel to identify the most effective target segment and drive efficient acquisition. Improving spending and attrition after the acquisition are also important measurement for this position. In order to achieve the goal, result oriented, marketing knowledge & experience, analytical & logical thinking and customer oriented mind are critical.
 
Primary responsibilities:
(1) Strategic Planning for digital acquisition channels
-Developing a strategy based on marketing data with logical thinking in digital acquisition channels
-Adopting a way of total optimization thinking for multiple acquisition channels
-Effectively communicate with related departments and team members to input developed strategy to be able to run the activities.
-Develop an effective tracking method for the strategy and manage the progress of KPI.
 
(2) Acquisition Management
-Deliver on the acquisition strategy and related product and communication tactics/campaigns
-Proactively manage and optimize budget allocation towards key success metrics like new accounts and billed business acquired
-Effectively manage external partners to develop both effective creative and campaign plans
- Ensure compliance with key legal and regulatory requirements
 
(3)Customer Experience
-Establish a best-in-class customer experience

-Work closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver the attractive acquisition campaigns

Qualifications

-Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
-Logical thinking / strategic planning skills
-Results oriented and good project management
-Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines
-Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English
-Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior and interactive technologies
-Strong negotiation skills
-Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts
