Job Description

The Small Merchants Manager should be able to successfully lead a large team and drive the account development of this segment, managing a big  multi industry portfolio, by the generation of multiple strategies to drive results that help us to increase our sales amount with better revenues. Manage the relation with our external third party servicing executives and budget management.
 
This position will lead a team of 4  team leaders and 19 Executive.

Qualifications

Qualifications

·        Strong analytical skills
·        Proven communication skills
·        Previous experience in Manager roles leading large groups
·        Ability to manage conflict and drive results through others
·        Commercial mindset / Business Development experience
·        Ability to define strategy and translate into pragmatic tactical plans.
·        Results oriented
·        Capability to build strong relationships across the matrix and build a wide           network of contacts
·        P&L understanding
·        Solid understanding of the Payment Industry is preferred.
