Senior Sales Planner – OJT
This role is responsible for developing SME (SBS/ Middle Market) acquisition plan by labor control and conducting OJT for SME Sales, especially rookies, in addition to BAU support/ Liaison for sales activities. For encouraging SME Sales people, it should understand the following key strategic framework in deep.
- Structuring acquisition program productively
- Developing BBA/ BCV/ NAA growth measures effectively
- Building valid sales schemes
1. Control labor and conduct OJT for SME acquisition (50%)
2. Develop and execute SME acquisition strategy (20%)
3. Gain alignment with sales team and other internal teams, drive acquisition initiatives (20%)
4. Analyze sales activity and performance by channel/ people (10%)
