Job Description
This position has the responsibility for the growth of MM acquisition. Manage the sales team in Tokyo and Osaka office effectively and develop new business to penetrate the middle market portfolio.

- Manage MM acquisition team to develop the new opportunities and manage the existing partnership to maximize billing and revenue.

- Create the sales strategy and business scheme for the stable growth. Build the external partnership to lead the new opportunities effectively.

- Build effective partnership with internal stakeholders and other LOBs well and align the strategy and gain the support for sales lead of the prospects.

- Participate in test and learn sprints, codify learnings, and integrate findings into program/product design.

- Identify the opportunities and support required senior management in right timing and raise the request them in appropriate manner to avoid the business loss.

- Collaborate with a varieties of internal stakeholders to create the effective sales environment and address the business challenges.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of GCS and GMNS B2B sales processes and value propositions preferred.

2. Deep understanding to Japan middle market and seek an external customer needs to build right business strategy and proposal.

3. Strong leadership to lead new business and drives the results. Find the business opportunities and lead the sales team in right way to achieve the company expectation.

4. Create effective sales team environment. Build the trust team and good partnership with internal resources. Connect the right person to gain the required support to develop the business and address the issues.

5. Innovative thinking, test and try new ideas to accelerate the acquisition. Positively learn from the the others.

6. Show flexibility to adapt the situation. Address the difficult issue and improve the fundamental .

7. Demonstrated personal excellence to challenge the status quo, influence change and drive transformation to enhance performance.
