About our team:


We offer our cards online, via telemarketing, face to face sales and partnerships. As Marketing Executive Dialogue Acquisition you will join the Dialogue Acquisition Team in acquiring new Consumer Card members through Telemarketing and Face to Face. This team plays a crucial part in expanding the customer base in The Netherlands and is looking for support to improve quality and professionalise our operation. You will report to the Acquisition Manager, you will be coached in your daily work by the Channel Manager and you will collaborate closely with a colleague Marketing Executive and with our external agencies. As Jack-of-all-trades you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in Marketing Execution, Sales Support, Quality and Compliance. Your goal is enabling the Dialogue Acquisition Team to reach the highest possible sales result while at the same time ensuring Quality and Compliance.


What you will be responsible for:


Marketing Execution: To facilitate continuous and profitable card member acquisition you will take care of the Marketing and Sales operation at sales agencies, at our sales locations and at events.

  • Implementation of sales campaigns, agency briefings, incentives, creatives, agent meetings and agent events
  • Drive channel improvements
  • Maintenance and relocation of sales locations, internet, infrastructure and hardware
  • Event preparation, execution on location, representation during events

Sales Support: Enabling sales agents, the Channel Manager and the Acquisition Manager to achieve the best result and meet weekly targets on sales volume and sales quality.

  • Managing our sales software tool: agent accounts, offer setups, customer communication, issue resolution
  • Close contact with the American Express new accounts team who process our card applications
  • Support team members in channel development, business insights, dashboard creation and finance control

Quality and Compliance: Compliance is one of our highest priorities at American Express. Ensure a compliant way of working in office and at agencies, hand in hand with maximizing card usage of newly acquired card members. Drive Dialogue acquisition to exceed the required quality standards while improving efficiency.

  • Call listening, calibration support, sales location visits and mystery shopping
  • Oversee completeness and correctness of the entire customer journey and application process
  • Agent support, trainings, onboarding and engagement
  • Complaint handling, monitoring and testing, audit support, adherence to brand guidelines

What you need to be successful in this position:

  • Confident, independent, convincing, representative, strong will

  • Positive and flexible mindset, growth mindset, challenge status quo

  • Versatile Project Coordinator with an eye for detail, able to keep a clear overview

  • Result driven self-starter with hands on mentality

  • Strong analytical skills and able to translate into channel improvements

  • Strong internal and external relationship management

  • Effective communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Affinity with credit / financial products, Travel / Lifestyle

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

  • Sales agency and or American Express background is a plus
