Sr. Program Manager, Global Services Group and Technology Sunrise Campus


Seeking a driven, strategic, and innovative professional to join our team as a Senior Program Manager, supporting the Global Services Group Technology (GSGT). 
 
The position will be reporting into the Director, Chief of Staff and work closely with the GSGT Leadership Team as well as core business partners and customers.
You will possess outstanding thought leadership, demonstrated strategic thinking, superior communication skills to address our senior leadership and team members, extraordinary organizational skills, and a drive to direct and operate independently.

 
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support of the Chief of Staff in delivering consistent, effective, creative, and impactful employee engagement and internal communications content and programs

·       Lead and drive GSGT projects by;  
·       Identifying and structuring the issue,
·       Analyzing root causes,
·       Providing clarity to resolve complex data points
·       Developing solutions to facilitate decision-making
·       Persuading opinions and encouraging buy-in for change
·       Communicating project results 

  • End-to-end creation of impactful and comprehensive communications and presentations for key business reviews with senior management

  • Identify strategic opportunities and issues of value and importance to GSGT 

  • Build awareness and visibility for GSGT imperatives through the development of creative employee campaigns and initiatives

  • Partner with the Engagement team to coordinate global GSGT Engagement events for maximum organizational impact 

  • Benchmark and implement best practices and industry trends which can be leveraged to increase organizational efficiency and quality 

  • Support leadership and coordination of event logistics by providing on-site support for various town halls and other visible, large-scale events, as well as drafting internal memos to the organization
  • Support the South Florida Technology Leadership Team 

  • Manage the GSGT Real Estate forecast
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's required or Master's Degree highly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • 7+ years demonstrated collaboration and change facilitation experience of cross functional group in a matrix environment
  • 5 years of experience financial planning and budgeting required
  • Possess a growth mindset and proven ability to drive results
  • Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities
  • Expert with delivering products/tools with Microsoft
  • Must have Agile Project Methodology experience, including the Jira tool
  • Strategic thought leadership; the ability to learn quickly and “connect the dots” to drive results, working with minimal direction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels and create clear and concise communications for a global audience
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and  ability to lead and drive change at all levels; utilizing the appropriate change models and tools when necessary
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality; ability to handle highly sensitive information with unwavering discretion
  • Experience leading and facilitating employee engagement initiatives
  • Possess excellent people skills, able to build relationships across geographies/locations and leverage those through collaboration and partnership to drive results
  • A team player who is able to build consensus and work across a large and diverse organization
  • Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities
  • Experience with video editing
