Our IT Service Management Development & Integration team is looking for a Service Now Architect. Our Service Now Platform is on the Kingston Release of Service Now. Our Architects not only understand how technology works, but how that technology supports our colleagues and customers who count on Service Now every day. Today, innovative ideas, insight and new perspectives are at the core of how we create a more powerful, personal and fulfilling experience for all our  ITSM customers.   • Taking your place as a core member of an ITSM Development & Integration team that supports a large ITSM Team driving best practices in Architecture design artifacts, Service Now platform best practices and documentation, driving Service Now Architecture Reviews, and contributing to our overall ITSM Transformation Initiatives. 
  • Identifying opportunities for new automation opportunities across the Service Now Platform
  • Joining a team of engineers, developers and testers that delivers ITSM solutions to AMEX worldwide


The Requirements to consider for this Architect Job:

A Bachelors Degree in technology or similar degree is required.
3 to 5 years Service Now Development Experience
3 to 5 years Service Now Architect Experience
Strong knowledge of Service Now across the platform
Strong Service Now Product Knowledge across releases including Istanbul, Jakarta, Kingston, and London
Strong knowledge of Service Now Web Services
Strong Knowledge of Service Now REST and SOAP Services
Strong Knowledge of Service Now API and Angular JS
Strong Knowledge of ITSM processes ( Incident, Problem,Knowledge, Change, CMDB, Release ) 
Knowledge of DataPower a plus
Knowledge of Mid Server topology a plus
Knowldege of Apigee, Kafka, similar technologies a plus
Knowledge of Service Now Standard Platform offerings a plus
Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) a plus

Please note, Salary increases in case of a lateral move are provided only on an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.
