Our IT Service Management Development & Integration team is looking for a Service Now Architect. Our Service Now Platform is on the Kingston Release of Service Now. Our Architects not only understand how technology works, but how that technology supports our colleagues and customers who count on Service Now every day. - Taking your place as a core member of an ITSM Development & Integration team that supports a large ITSM Team driving best practices in Architecture design artifacts, Service Now platform best practices and documentation, driving Service Now Architecture Reviews, and contributing to our overall ITSM Transformation Initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for new automation opportunities across the Service Now Platform
- Joining a team of engineers, developers and testers that delivers ITSM solutions to AMEX worldwide
Please note, Salary increases in case of a lateral move are provided only on an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.
