Job Description

Responsible for all the enablement of the acquisition processes in GCSG:

- Training - Ensuring knowledge of value proposition,  regulatory items, quality across the process.  Developing new training programs

- Sales Processing.  Managing acquisition operation, being the liason between acquisition and Operations.  Responsible will manage a large group of people nationwide ensuring SLA for prospect application management and decision in timely manner

- Acquisition Projects - Efficiencies and regulatories.  In charge of analyzing decision rates for channel optimization; developing process for new products or regulatory changes that affect acquisition performance

- Fraud Mitigation and Control.  Responsible for audit acquisition process to detect potential risks within the sales process.  Work closely with Fraud Operations, Risk Management to ensure the minimum exposure to cardmembers and shareholders

Requerimientos

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in service operations, managing large teams
  • Minimum of 5 years in process management, oriented to analyze opportunities and implemented solutions to maintain and increase productivity
  • At least 2 years in analytics, managing and determining KPIs for business decision
  • Able to manage different initiatives and processes in timely and efficient manner
  • Skilled in coordinating activities with several teams, being a influencer to non-acquisition areas in order to achieve maximum of new accounts  
  • Fluent english speaker
