This sales position will be responsible for affiliating new Merchants and bring them to the Amex Network in alignment with other line of businesses.
The portfolio of Establishments is based of Top Prospects representing over US $750 K in Mature Charge Volume. This position will be located in Monterrey, NL.
Critical to the success of the individual will be the sales and project leading skills, a robust pipeline which needs to be maintain and followed up, the proactivity, creativity to negotiate and create price models along with pricing, marketing, and a central proposal to the different accounts to sell Amex value proposition to Senior Leaders of Top Companies.
It will also be necessary to identify potential business opportunities & develop tailor value propositions. (Including pricing, key financial and marketing activities).
This individual will also be responsible for driving merchant acquisition goals including the sourcing & signing of “Key Accounts” prospects, New Booked Charge Volume and Carry Over. Building strong internal linkages with different line of businesses (GNICS, GCP, GNP, Marketing, WS, Pricing, Finance, Risk, Fraud, Etc.) is critical.

•3-4 Years of demonstrated sales experience with proven excellent results (Consultative Sales and Relationship Management). Sales hunter *

•Create a strong business relationship with Merchants and ability to create a robust portfolio

•Strong analytical, financial and consultancy skills
•Capacity to work with different areas of the company and as part of a team
•Ability to work under pressure
•Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Finance
•Bilingual (English /Spanish)
•Strong Written and verbal communication skills
