We are looking for an Banks Account Development  Associate to join our Card Bank Acquisition team based in Milan. The new resource will be responsible for Banks Partnerships development within Large  Bank segment.


Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Implement an effective account management strategy
  • Achieve business targets in terms of volume growth, profitability and retention
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction through end to end control of  Acquisition processes
  • Manager relationships within Large sized Banks Segment;
  • Analyze performances and coordinate development of action plans;
  • Conduct regular account reviews
  • Interact and cooperate with Amex international Teams and internal department

Qualifications


Required skills:

  • Are you up for the challenge?
  • High school or university degree
  • Able to work without day-to-day guidance and to perform under time pressure
  • Personal Accountability
  • Demonstrate Result driven – Change management skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Very good communication skills, able to build and maintain business relationships with external companies and internal sales team
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Good English, fluently spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of PC software (MS Office)
