Manager of Commercial Products Management
This position responsible for commercial products, including but not limited to Corporate cards, Small Business Cards, Purchase Cards, Meeting Cards and BTA (business travel account) to provide consultation of respective product value proposition development, product/ card member lifecycle management, Product P&L, and card holder experiences. This position requires a good understanding of commercial products and the demands of it from different sizes of company in China. Responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with BD and issuing banks to define Commercial product strategy based on the received request by taking the financial pain points of the targeted prospective companies and issuing bank’s strength into consideration.
- Product Implementation and management: work closely with issuers’ product team to every details to bring the commercial products to live, including launching a new product, system implementation and data transmission, lifecycle management, acquisition and to ensure the products’ profitability and sustainability.
-Market research: proactively provide the marketing insights, competitive landscape and the potential opportunities with BDs to explore the opportunity of launching more commercial products with different issuing banks to secure AMEX leading position in the segment.
-Be the connection to AMEX central team and bring the innovative technology and system platform to China to substantiate AMEX China value.

-7+ years working experience in either product marketing or sales for corporate card, small business card or other corporate financing products in China.
-Understanding of B2B, small business payment or commercial lending products is preferred
-Highly analytical with strong financial knowledge.
-self-starter and a strategic thinker and able to work independently under target and deadline pressure.
-Communication skills both in oral and written Chinese and English
-Ability to build relationship and influence at all levels.-University graduate or above. Master degree is preferred.
