Job Summary:

This team is responsible for managing Membership Reward (MR) program focusing on customer engagement and internal cost effectiveness. It especially includes the increase of MR program awareness and item attractiveness by effective CM communication to meet customer satisfaction while considering more focus on cost effective MR item promotion continuously.

 
The expected key role for this position is setting up new MR items and maintain existing ones regularly, after partner negotiation by other team members. This operational process about MR item management requires accuracy and timeliness to make multiple things done by checking with external parties and working with internal relevant teams accordingly, and also final validation before any potential errors happen at customers.
