About our team.

We offer our cards online, via telemarketing, direct sales and partnerships. As Media Manager, you will join our fast-growing online acquisition team in a role where you will be responsible for acquiring new Consumer Card members via an omnichannel media approach. You will report to the Online Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the other Online Acquisition colleagues.

 

What you’ll be in charge of:

  • Manage media strategy and develop integrated, creative and impactful media plans
  • and tactics, which deliver business results
  • Ensure all media investment is measurable against KPI’s and utilize media in the most    
  • effective way.
  • Manage the delivery by agency teams and work closely with wider global media team as well as our marketing science analytics team to test, measure and learn from all activity we are doing.
  • Establish strong relationships with key lead local media and agency for effective day-to-day management of campaign delivery. Push & maintain high standard of excellence and agility in the thinking and the executions.
  • Manage the delivery of periodic post buy reviews, activity updates, and financial reporting.
  • Take an active role in driving our innovation roadmap. Including testing how to best connect with our prospects and drive performance and growth.

Qualifications


Required skills:

  • Strong experience in media planning across all media channels (Digital, Social, RTV, (D)OOH, Print)
  • Passionate about digital performance marketing and constantly looking for new trends in the industry
  • 5+ years work experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role
  • Strong digital and programmatic media knowledge comfortable using digital media for performance.
  • Ability to create an omnichannel data-driven integrated strategy and put this into a practical planning and actions towards agency and internal teams.
  • Able to review performance of campaigns in detail as well as understand correct testing (A/B) methods to demonstrate how media has performed.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for media (new trends, media and technology) and strong attention to detail, great organizational and people skills and effective team-player.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate this into action
  • Strong commercial drive and a will-to-win
  • Effective communication skills (at all management levels) in Dutch and English
