Job Description

 The Global Accounts Receivable team is a part of Enterprise Platforms.  The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending, and Commerce Initiatives that help grow billings, deepen customer engagement and increase member value.   The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market and modernizing AR. 

The Director Accounts Receivables will lead a team responsible for capabilities and solutions for International AR, focused on the Global Commercial Services Business.  The incumbent and his/her team are responsible for:
 - Strong multi-business unit stakeholder management, with experience working across International Countries, ability to prioritize competing platform priority features
- Ensures that the platform(s) meets the evolving needs of the enterprise through continual innovation, evaluation and deployment
- Coordinates the efforts of a large Agile team (stakeholders, developers and analytics) to deploy the platform enhancements across markets and products

Required skills:
 - Extensive Product Management expertise.
- Experience of Commericial Services in a Marketing or Produce role.
-  Proven team management experience, driving performance and keeping projects on track
-  Experience of working in a project role between tech and business teams to drive results
- A background of successfully working with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and proven ability to influence without authority
- Ability to translate business strategies into scalable actionable solutions with proven experience of delivering results across multiple international countries
- Strong Agile development understanding and practices, Scaled Agile experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead in a complex, quickly evolving environment.
- Significant people leading experience
- Proven innovative skills, with the ability to create flexible and scalable platform features across multiple countries
- Winning attitude that motivates and develops high-potential direct reports
- Flexible growth mindset and ability to play multiple roles in a fast paced environment
- Time-zone flexibility required .
