Job Description

Customer Care Professional will be responsible for servicing American Express United States and Caribbean Corporate customers. As a Customer Care Professional, through our client unique servicing philosophy, (Customer First), you will view every interaction with a customer as an opportunity to add value and deepen the relationship. Customer Care professional delivers an extraordinary customer service through Customer First.
