American Express in the Nordic region is one of the fastest growing international businesses of American Express world-wide. The Nordic Consumer Card team is focused on continuing to grow and develop American Express´ presence and footprint in the Nordic region. Through strategic thought leadership rapidly translated in to tactical implementation activities, the team is working hard to transform American Express´ presence in the region in to a fast growing, highly efficient and customer-centric operation. This involves the restructuring and transformation of existing activities and operations as well as the implementation of new strategies and partnerships that will be instrumental to drive growth in turnover, profitability and customer satisfaction.


We are looking for a strategic and analytical conversionista to strengthen our newly built acquisition capabilities team. Responsibilities will have a broad range from tactical product set ups to leading more strategic projects with conversion optimization in focus! You would for example be responsible to continuously optimize our online sales channels/homepage with increased acquisition results in mind. We work closely with internal teams and external partners and you will responsible to develop these relationships, bring these parties together in order to deliver best in class results. You should be familiar with A/B testing, conversion optimization tools and web analytics.


We work in fast changing and agile environment so you´ll need to be proactive, keen to learn new things and prepared to work hard to get things done in an efficient and impactful manner, always with a friendly and positive attitude. Reporting into the Acquisition Marketing Manager in Stockholm, this role will be tasked with driving key initiatives that will deliver transformational growth for the Nordic region. S/he will work closely with colleagues in the region and across the high performing central teams. A successful candidate will possess very good organizational and communication skills and an eye for detail.


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for Nordic CRO strategy and implementation
  • Analyze and optimize acquisition channels and drive more acquisition efficiency
  • Own MGM (member get member) channel and develop it to reach full potential in all  Nordic markets
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with internal teams and  external agencies
  • Competitive analysis and market research 
  • Work closely with central teams on strategic projects, bringing local market knowledge and language expertise

Required skills:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in the field of e.g. Marketing, Business Administration or Economics  
  • 1-3 years relevant working experience within marketing, e-commerce, conversion optimization, or finance industry experience
  • Well-developed analytical skills 
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Power Point
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (Finnish and/or Norwegian is seen as a plus but not required) 1-3 years relevant working experience from payment industry or similar
  • Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel with a strong sense of planning and prioritizing work
  • A self-starter with proactive attitude
  • Natural collaborator who enjoys working with and others, to support the success of the team
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Power Point
  • Curios and innovative mindset
  • Passion in consumer digital behaviour and/or conversion optimization is a must
