As a Customer Service Professional you will be responsible for:
• Provide a customer service of excellence, providing the best solutions in a timely manner complying with our quality standards.
• Maximize our benefits and services in order to keep our customers loyal to the brand.
• Analyze the history of expenses, trends and needs of our cardholders in order to ensure that each interaction is personalized.
• Achieve pre-established service and efficiency goals.
• Fulfill in a timely manner the schedules within your day.
• Attend a high volume of calls with an extraordinary service in each interaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for offering extraordinary service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to execute several tasks at once
• Broad analysis capacity to solve problems and determine the true need of our cardholders.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and the Office software.
• Schedule availability from 5:00 to 00:00 hrs


Compensation:
• Direct contract with American Express, NO outsourcing
• Base salary $52 per hour 
• Excellent performance bonus (average of $9000.00)
• Hours: 30 hours a week (Mon-Sun)
• 2 days off 
• Paid training
• Informal dress code
• 20 days of christmas bonus (aguinaldo)
• 11 days of vacation
• 50% holiday bonus (prima vacacional)
