Be available: Service between 08:00am to 08:00pm from Monday to Saturday, and public holidays.

To Manage calls from American Express Premium Cardholders and to deliver each time, a high quality of service to specifically meet the needs of high Customers profiles.

To advise and to organize Personal or/and Business VIP trips , in a creative and effective manner.

To Manage the “end to end” Travel requests.

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.


Required skills:

  • To have a minimum of 4 years experience in Travel agency sectors
  • Very good written and oral communication
  •  Mastery of IT Travel tools (including Sabre, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Being interested in the customized trip, “à la carte” Premium requests Ability to solve complex requirements of very demanding customers in a proactive manner
  • Excellent organizational, methodical mind
  • Good stress management
  • High sense of service oriented
  • Good English level.
