We are currently looking for a Vice President GCS, Head of SME Germany (m/f), Frankfurt am Main.

Responsibilities:

  • Full managerial responsibility for designing and executing an ambitious growth strategy for a multibillion $ commerical business in Germany
  • He / she will optimize an integrated multi-channel approach for acquiring and expanding SMEs while focusing on profitability
  • Leading a team of 20 -25 colleagues in sales and account development 
  • Responsible for the success of further internal and external sales team
  • Close collaboration across the business

Qualifikationen

  • 10-15 years experience in sales and ideally marketing;
  • Experience in scaling a high growth business / managing transformation
  • Managed a significant operation with P&L responsibility in a commercial environment
  • Background in the SME field
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively utilize resources across a matrix organization
  • Track record in successful lifecycle management (Sales, Expansions, Retention)
  • Experience in working in a complex, fast-moving, multinational environment
  • Sales and ideally marketing background
  • Knowledge of service operations or other operational experience would be an advantage
