Job Description
As a member of the Global Payments Servicing (GPS) Team, this position is core in solving customer inquiries.
The position´s main responsibilites are to ensure the proper response of the customer inquiries regarding non applied payments. As a core process it has to be controlled and ensured that the procedures and follow ups are made in time and fashion.
Main Responsibilities
  • Analysis of customer requirements
  • Reply in timely fashion for the customer inquiries
  • Reports of the enquiries
  • Payment notifications
  • Keeps GPS leadership informed on potential impacts and keeping an effective communication across all areas
  • Develops and maintains strong relations with stakeholders/colleagues across geographies and organizational levels

  • Strong analytical capabilities with an excellent understanding of company financials, cost accounting, process unit costs
  • Excellent communication skills in order to present key financial information effectively at all levels of both American Express and the partners
