The CLM executive primary focus is ensuring a profitable relationships with high value Merchants by understanding their needs, the industry(ies) environment, payments environment and ensuring the American Express value proposition against those needs.
• Drives results to grow American Express charge volume
•Manage a portfolio of high value merchants providing proactive consultancy
• Own the relationship with the portfolio to increase merchant satisfaction
• Implement initiatives and opportunities for growth & development
• Ensure compliance control
• Customer driven, able to find solutions to meet customer needs

•Experience in relationship management or sale roles.
