Job Description

As part of the Charge & Member Engagement team, this role is responsible for developing the strategy for Membership Rewards, a key and highly valued component of the Consumer Card value proposition. As well as ownership of the cobrand portfolios, including Aero Mexico and Interjet, including Partner Management and portfolio growth strategy.
Membership Rewards Program Management:
  • Overall program strategy ensuring optimal value thru analysis of customer value and competitor offers, including co-brands and airline loyalty programs
  • Leadership of P&L Management, program metrics and business intelligence
  • Content Strategy including negotiation with all key partners, including airlines, catalog and online suppliers, PAYBACK
  • Development of Communication Strategy to stimulate redemption and NPS
  • Identify and develop capabilities to transform the Membership Rewards Value
  • Transition the rewards program to become the best in the marketplace in terms of value and service
Cobrand Portfolio Management:
  • Overall portfolio strategy to become the preferred airline cobrand issuer building a sustainable portfolio growth
  • Leadership of P&L Management, business intelligence, and contract fulfillment
  • Nurture and ensure a close relationship with co-brand partners at a senior management level
  • Accountable for value prop offer for Cobrand Products
  • Development of Communication Strategy, including engagement initiatives as well as annual media plan
  • Coordinate with diverse internal teams the fulfillment of processes (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Controllership, among others)
  • Identify new business opportunities or product enhancements required to improve NPS results and maintain Product relevance in the marketplace

Requerimientos

Qualifications
  • Strategic Thinking with strong transformational vision, business acumen, competition awareness and analytical skills
  • 8+ years of Proven leadership experience on financial services or loyalty programs
  • Proven ability to consistently drive results
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Airline experience is a plus
  • Team Leadership experience, with the ability to optimize work load and ensure focus on key priorities
  • Marketing Expertise with focus on Digital
  • Ability to work across business units, executive levels and diverse functions
