Role Description

 

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the profitable growth of the Amazon Business portfolio with a focus on how we acquire, communicate, and engage our customers. The successful candidate will be an energetic, intellectually curious, customer-first analytical thinker with strong project management skills, clear communication, and have a strong attention to detail.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be a product champion and subject matter expert for the Amazon Business portfolio
  • Manage all communication platforms (claims, disclosure, guidelines) to ensure compliance and control
  • Actively support budgeting, reporting, and other critical portfolio management activities to ensure we are meeting partner commitments
  • Own key strategic projects for the portfolio
  • Act as project manager to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)
  • Support capabilities enhancements to drive demand and best-in-class customer experiences
  • Play a key role in the review and management of ad-doc marketing and servicing customer communication strategies
  • Support holistic customer servicing strategy including complaints monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years work experience
  • Customer-focused and desire to understand and relate to business owner needs.
  • Comfortable working with and managing a partner with ability to influence externally
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at various levels.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive winning strategies.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize as business needs evolve
  • Adept in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills required
  • High energy, proactive and solutions oriented with strong positive attitude
  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
  • Passion for learning with a creative and growth mindset 
  • Bachelors Degree required 
Other:
  • Prior Product Management, Product Development, Marketing or history of P&L management experience is a plus
  • NY based location with the occasional ability to travel domestically required
