This role within Accertify’s product team is an exciting opportunity to own and drive consistency across many different projects being worked on at any one time. The Associate Product Manager will work closely across product, marketing, technical writing team, sales, AM and software development teams to understand the needs of the business and customers in relation to the Accertify product portfolio.
 
The Associate Product Manager will have a varied role that will give them an invaluable exposure to the different parts of the Product Management Life Cycle; in-depth experience of fraud prevention products and tools and interaction with many parts of the business.  
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product ticket process, helping maintain and prioritize work initiatives by balancing and championing both business and customer needs
  • Assisting Product Management team on product definition
  • Analyze the product back-log and produce professional reports & presentations highlighting the analysis
  • Writing user stories, including splitting user stories and specifying acceptance criteria
  • Writing Business Requirement Documentation to align teams on the common goal of a particular project or initiative
  • Lead reporting on product releases, analyzing customer engagement, identifying areas of success and where further improvements are required
  • Assist in building training decks for internal and external customers around new features being released
  • Ensuring release notes are visuals match what is being built
  • Monthly competitor analysis, researching functionality, features and industry development

Qualifications

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to product various reports and share with others in the business

  • Strong MS office skills, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Highly organized
  • Thorough and meticulous with attention to detail

  • Good communicator and able to build solid working relationships with peers
  • A team player, with the ability to manage relationships
  • University degree or equivalent experience required
