The Global Automation Team is bringing Robotic Process Automation to life in TLS. Using this leading technology to take the robot out of the human!
 
Leading a team of regional BSA's and reporting into the Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of gathering requirements that will bring automation to life in TLS. Using a variety of tools that include  Blue Prism RPA / Kryon RDA / Cornerstone IQCX / SAP  Task manager.
 
•Work with  product managers, key stakeholders, and end-users to capture the Point of Depart process and define Point of Arrival.
•Work closely with the Global Automation design team to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities.
•Performing deep dive analyses and requirement gathering.
•Light Project management.
• Team management

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IQCX/RPA/RDA a bonus
•Excellent communication skills and ability to convey a clear & compelling message.
•Experience in project management a plus.
•Ready to lead  and understand business process.
•Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
•Extremely organized with significant attention to detail.
•Experience in the travel industry/ luxury market a plus.
• Excellent business knowledge of Travel systems  / Automation tools RPA (Blue Prism ) a plus.
• Previous experience of people management a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese and Business level in English are must to have
