Job Description

 This position is responsible for taking incoming calls from Premium Card Members, providing personalized service to create memorable travel and lifestyle experience through frontline Tier 1 servicing or Tier 2 Support Servicing Team.

Qualifications

•Outstanding customer service and communication skill for premium customer.
•Travel industry experience or Luxury/ Premium Customer Service knowledge & experience.
