The Senior Analyst, Program and Release Management role provides an opportunity to be an integral part of the AMEX Online team with the focus on driving efficiencies across the product delivery lifecycle, covering a variety of tools and capabilities.  In this multifaceted and exciting role, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with our internal and external development partners to help define, analyze, monitor and manage the processes and tool structure to support the product development and release cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, have a passion for digital and have the ability to work with multiple key stakeholders across partners.    


  • Collaborate with partners in creation and communication of process structure and tools to support product development and delivery
  • Lead the product managers in utilizing the tools in place to support product development and delivery across partners
  • Support product managers in end-to-end project delivery and coordination efforts
  • Draft reports for Quarterly Business Reviews working with partners to include defects, progress in product roadmap and budget updates
  • Assist in managing high level issues/risks and escalate when appropriate
  • Works cross-functionally with internal TLS and external partners
  • Relationship management including ability to develop strong working relationships with TLS Online Product Owners and business partners to understand and communicate the product development process and release structure for
  • Engagement with team members across multiple markets, regions and time zones
  • 3+ years of Project Analyst and/or Project Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Online Travel agency business and systems architecture highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of JIRA is preferred
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Be proactive, take initiatives to self-start, and ask questions
