The GCS Digital Acquisition Team is focused on driving new customer growth and engagement through e-commerce channels by delivering the best-in-class user experience and tools that will help support businesses, small and large, in addressing their evolving needs.
 
The team is looking for an Analyst of Digital B2B Ecommerce Strategy who will play a critical role in driving all campaign execution initiatives for the larger Digital team, in addition to supporting the team in defining card and non-card strategy to drive acquisition goals while delivering a seamless shopping experience. We are continuously seeking new perspectives on optimizing operations so that we are able to iterate across the full end-to-end user journey in a lean, customer-centric and outcome-driven fashion, hoping to exceed our users’ expectations when it comes to researching and purchasing for their business needs online, from products like credit cards to business loans.
 
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-energy team and gain insight into the B2B e-commerce strategy while partnering closely with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Acquisition, Enterprise Digital, Product Management, Design and Brand.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support and help evolve our digital commerce strategy via thorough understanding of our varied business user personas and their needs, a developed understanding of our suite of business products, and appropriately leveraging data across our spectrum of sources, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Work with our key partners, the digital product managers/owners of the acquisition site experience to influence product and test-and-learn backlogs
  • Manage operations of specific initiatives through idea execution, legal reviews, and analytical analysis
  • Contribute to our evolving digital acquisition needs around growth and conversion opportunities for card and non-card products

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience, with a passion for e-commerce strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to mine through large amounts of data to draw insights to drive ecommerce strategy; advanced skills in Excel and strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with various qualitative/quantitative user research methods and test-and-learn processes, software, and best practices
  • Concrete experience in making sense of business strategy and financial business goals, and ultimately correlating those with product and user-level metrics/KPIs as we iterate across the channel
  • Technical acumen in order to facilitate conversations with our product and technology partners
  • Detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to thrive in a changing, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the financial services/B2B space a plus but not required
 
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
