The Global Credit and Fraud Network (GCFN) is at the center of some of the company’s most important priorities – increasing revenue, protecting our assets and being prepared for an economic downturn. Our credit operations strategies play an important role in helping the company grow by bringing the right customers into our franchise quickly, enabling spend, and assisting clients in financial stress. As the company focuses on growing our commercial business, we have an important role to play in managing the credit experience for businesses of all sizes. 
 
The Global Commercial Credit Integration (GCCI) team is responsible for creating and executing a credit strategy for commercial customers, from small business owners to large corporate clients. The team works closely with partners in CFR, Operations, Compliance and GCS to seamlessly integrate new and existing commercial products into the credit environment while optimizing our underwriting and collections strategies.
 
This Manager role within GCCI will report to the Director of Project Management and Governance, providing flawless project management support, direction and leadership to critical projects and initiatives in our portfolio. We are looking for an experienced Manager of Projects who can demonstrate a 21st century approach to project delivery and management of our stakeholders The ideal candidate will be able to show a track record of operating effectively in high pressure, rapidly changing circumstances without ever compromising quality of delivery.
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution and delivery of high profile strategic projects for GCCI, end to end, across different regions
  • Support of the GCCI Governance process
  • Develop powerful and compelling communications and presentations 
  • Reinforcing the GCCI brand with all business partners, aligned to our global objectives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority and to challenge the status quo appropriately
  • Ability to leverage a strong understanding of the Customer Journey & Credit Specialist servicing experience to provide input into key servicing requirements
  • Experience collaborating effectively to drive change and a demonstrated ability to control and manage project resources and budgets
  • Strong and demonstrated relationship-building  
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to demonstrate flawless verbal and written skills
  • Ability to leverage a strong Growth Mindset to adapt to change, learn new skill-sets, and grow within role
  • Unparalleled  project management, thought leadership and decision-making skill sets
  • Experience in resolving complex problems independently, efficiently and with minimal direction
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results across Shareholder, Customer and Employee focused initiatives
  • Proven track record of working across markets and achieving international collaboration to drive change
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher 
  • 3 or more years of direct Project Management experience
  • Formal Project Management qualifications                                         
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Credit Process' and Operating models
