Job Description

Global Servicing Network Capabilities provide support across the globe by embracing a servicing philosophy which deepens our relationships with Servicing Specialists and Business Partners. We are creating and integrating solutions to innovate the Credit Servicing Platform (CSP) and Worldwide Credit and Collections System (WCC) platforms for Next Generation Credit and Collections.  The Project Analyst will provide support and, in some cases, serve as a Product Owner for delivering enhanced and new capabilities for critical business processes. This role will be responsible for managing initiatives that have an impact on the Credit Servicing Platform (CSP) and its underlying infrastructure (WCC) on a global scale. The successful candidate must provide business consulting services and drive/define application integration strategies while meeting team goals through thought leadership, strategic planning and delivery excellence. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of how business processes and underlying technologies impact application development and be able to leverage this knowledge to create valuable solutions for our business partners and customers. The Project Analyst will work closely with Risk, Strategy, Global Transformation & Engineering Network (GTEN), Technology, Compliance and other teams across the enterprise to ensure successful execution of activities to application-relevant solutions on a global scale, as well as:

  • Partner with an assigned Technologies Scrum team on a day to day basis to provide vision, clarify scope of requirements and prioritization of features to ensure the Scrum continues to build business critical build and manage the Business-critical milestones across the lifecycle of the project
  • Assist with defining the user experience for new capabilities and manage applicable end-to-end project work streams
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations to enhance capabilities which advance credit and collections effectiveness.
  • Translate the customer experiences into Epics, Features and User Stories, following Agile methodology
  • Liaise among multiple capabilities, business and technology teams to maintain adherence to Credit/Fraud/Collection strategy
  • Partner with individuals and teams across Credit & Fraud Risk Management, Operations, Technology Systems, Compliance and Operational Risk to deliver top quality capabilities and achieve goals

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Product Ownership role and proven ability to create systems from the ground up
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business conversations
  • Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify innovative solutions and act as a catalyst for change
  • Detailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall project
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Global Servicing Network (GSN) Credit & Fraud Operations
  • Agile Training/Certification
