The Senior Analyst, B2B Scale Digital Customer Marketing will report to the Senior Manager and work with analytics, marketing, capabilities, and client management teams to develop and implement hyper-personalized, relevant communications delivered via digital channels.  The overall goal is to drive growth and loyalty through scale marketing treatments that integrate seamlessly with other customers’ touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Manager in developing and executing strategic Digital marketing campaigns geared towards generating incremental value for Mid-Market customers
  • Identify strategies and tactics for channel optimization of existing areas, as well as innovate and ideate brand new opportunities
  • Partner with internal groups to lead the implementation and execution of the surround sound B2B Spend marketing initiative, including advertising agency partners, legal and compliance teams, technology groups, and other internal teams to coordinate all marketing efforts
  • Track performance of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to ensure success
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing and e-mail trends and champion a mobile first experience that accommodates changing customer preferences
  • Conduct external competitive research and benchmarking that will drive the ideation and support of new transformation initiatives


  • 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Creative thinker with customer-focused mindset
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure end to end flawless execution
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insight
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and partner with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word (Adobe Analytics and SalesForce a plus)
  • Enthusiasm and sense of humor is a must!
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor Degree, business or marketing preferred
