This position is accountable for minimizing
credit loss and maximizing company revenue with appropriate risk control for
Provide extraordinary customer services and
adequate risk control action. Receive
inbound calls and attempt outbound call for that.
Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful
completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
・Working experience in Japan Operations with
knowledge including card products and system.
・Excellent written and verbal Japanese.
English communication skills will also be advantageous.
・In-depth understanding of Credit policy, or
ability to acquire knowledge quickly.
・Strong analytical approach to problem solving
