Function Description:
International Commercial Customer Management is a critical position on the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Risk Management team and is responsible for driving profitable growth for GCS

Purpose of the Role:
This position will play a key role in supporting the growth goal and managing the SBS portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the portfolio performance across multiple functions of commercial customer management as well as designing, building, and enhancing risk strategies to manage and monitor risk prudently across the customer lifecycle as it relates to small business proprietary and co-branded credit cards. This position requires close partnership with Operations, Technologies and other functional risk teams to develop growth strategies that serve our small business customers’ needs while minimizing credit losses

Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance existing profitability based risk management logic by leveraging best-in-class analytical techniques and data across Acquisition, Underwriting or Customer Management stages of the card member life cycle
Lead the analytics for driving billing, revenue growth and profitability through diverse analytical projects spanning across Underwriting , Line Management, Yield Management, Lending on Charge and Central Lending Capabilities
Enhance the economic logic, optimization of business rules to maximize through the Cycle returns for all business functions and improve marginal economics
Application of machine learning techniques to create efficiencies in the existing processes
Exploration of new Information sources to improve our risk discrimination and / or improve our economics over and above existing framework
Partnering with other teams across the globe to develop System Capabilities and other logic(s) that will help in more optimal decisioning

Qualifications

Academic Background:
Masters Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering Or related fields from Premium Institutes only

0-3 years of Post-graduation experience in Analytical Skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured Initiatives
Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities
Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Candidates with prior experience In SAS/SQL programming and/or statistical modeling will be preferred
