Job Description :

  • The incumbent will be expected to:
  • Lead a team of 12 - 15 Credit Analysts
  • Responsible for Goal setting, Performance management places and development plan for all direct reports.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and meet production and efficiency goals
  • Drive Collections Effectiveness with superior customer service
  • Graduate with about 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industry.
  • Good communication skills - written and oral
  • Good working interpersonal and people leadership skills.
  • Strong thought process and ability to influence people
  • Partner with Contact & Capacity, MIS, Process Excellence and other teams to improve and enhance processes and streamline operations
  • Provide effective Coaching & Feedback sessions for analysts and also create and work around development plans for specialists
  • Ensure that we meet Compliance and Procedural Adherence thresholds through strong governance
  • Lead and maintain employee satisfaction and morale by using reward / recognition tools available
  • Provide thought leadership and come up with winning strategies for business
  • Effectively communicate across levels to ensure clarity and also be able to influence colleagues in improving the operations
  • Shift 24X7

Qualifications

Qualification :

  • Graduate with about 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industry.
  • Good communication skills - written and oral
  • Good working interpersonal and people leadership skills.
  • Strong thought process and ability to influence people
  • Language: English
  • Shift : Rotational
